- Florida-licensed life and health agents (2-15 license), or people actively pursuing that license
- People who like helping others understand their options
- Good communicators who follow through
- Bilingual candidates encouraged, especially Spanish and Haitian Creole speakers
What the work involves
- Helping clients during Marketplace Open Enrollment (Nov 1 to Jan 15) and Medicare Open Enrollment (Oct 15 to Dec 7)
- Life insurance reviews year-round
- Following carrier and CMS compliance rules at every appointment
